Comments to the US ED Regarding Delay of Federal Regulations Effective Date

On June 1, DEAC, NC-SARA and WCET provided comments on the U.S. Department of Education's plan to refer the December 2016 rules regarding state authorization of distance education to a negotiated rulemaking panel.
